Our cultural background is rooted in West Africa, but our culinary vision embraces foods from all over the world! We cook it all. Some of our favorites include a British classic, Scotch egg. This dish features a deep-fried pork sausage with a boiled egg inside. We also love Panang Curry with fish, a popular Thai dish. One of our favorite American dishes is a Rotisserie-chicken salad on Croissant. Our favorite African dish is Jollof Rice with sweet fried plantains and baked chicken.
